“The main message I want my art to communicate to viewers is to appreciate the little things in life. My art is about reminiscing on my treasured memories, but not big adventures. It’s about appreciating nature, loved ones and places. I hope my art feels like remembering a happy day, sparking warmth, the kind that fizzes all over and feelings of brightness, contentment and cordiality. I was inspired by my favourite movie and place. I have been obsessed with Mamma Mia ever since I was three. Donna and the Dynamos were all I wanted to be when I grew up, and the enchanting sparkling water that they jived in front of was where I wanted to be. So, when I visited Europe in the summer, I fell in love with her beauty and needed to paint it."
