“The main message I want to communicate is the importance of shopping second hand, to help reduce 'throw away' fashion.

I spend a lot of time in second hand shops and love exploring vintage fashion and pre-loved goods. I also love looking at all my parents' old things they used to have when they were my age. It is also exciting when you finally find a hidden gem after digging through piles of old things.

The main message I’d like to communicate through my art is to view everyday objects in a different way - to see aspects you may not usually notice, such as beautiful light, cool shadows and unique refractions. I really enjoyed  exploring this combination. I am lucky enough that my household is filled with beautiful vases and bottles which inspire me to paint."
